Rinzbergwasser Apfelbrand 3 Jahre Eichenfass Salwey Salwey Bottled in July and keptspecialty from the Glottertal The Rinzberghof in Glottertal near Freiburg was the branch of our winery for a long time and is now managed by Konrad's sister Katharina. We source wonderful, very ripe apples from old, high stem varieties from there, whose taste is unmatched. After distillation, the brandy matures for a full 3 years in oak barrels this is how it gets its characteristic honey yellow color and a soft, round aroma. A very special tipple for
