Domaine Huet Vouvray Pétillant Brut 2019 chateau-bernadotte Situated in the historic RheingauFounded in 1928, Domaine Huet today extends over 35 hectares spread over three plots: "Le Clos de Bourg", "Le Haut Lieu" and "Le Mont". Planted exclusively in Chenin on deep clay limestone soil, the farm is worked in biodynamic agriculture, of which it has been a pioneer since 1988 in France. On the aging side, the bottles are kept on slats for a minimum of three years in old stone galleries under the tuffeau. When tasting, the nose reveals itself
