Mitolo Classic ‘Savitar’ Shiraz 2021 carinyena Our estate WThe wine does express its regional origin courtesy of the earthy dark chocolate subtext but the question is why was it necessary to end up with such high alcohol; savoury bitter chocolate prune blackberry and liquorice are the drivers of the palate.
