The parcel is harvested in one pass with all grapes pressed together and co fermented, a technique combining different ripeness across the varieties to add detail and intrigue. Clever. Ageing is between amphora and cigar shaped, Didier Dageneau inspired French oak. The wine is beguiling, full of yellow fruits, crushed spice and
