The wine was left on yeast lees for fifteen months

San Giorgio Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2023 Size::6 Bottle Case Ichiro’s Malt Wine Wood ReserveDark red core with black shaded edges and a red to dark red hue. Aromas of red cherry and red currant are trailed by some dusty earth, tobacco and spicy dried herb notes. Decorating the elegant mid weighted palate are delicious red currant and red cherry fruits with notions of earth, tobacco and dried herbs lying underneath. Spicy finish with slightly dryish tannins, excellent freshness and a long savoury red fruited aftertaste.
