Very good fine condition. Plastic ribbons were not officially issued. Plastic ribbons for few awards only were manufactured and sold in Vienna in early 1900? s by a private firm, thus available as "private purchase". Though considered "modern" at the time plastic ribbons did not achieve wide popularity
