The grapes are gathered from among random rows of 30- to 40-year-old vineyards surrounding the Zorah estate

It has a light to medium bodied refreshing palate. Stone fruit fresh lemon curd and zest. Hints of oak influence and some textural mouthfeel. Drink now or cellar for 3 years.
