A Gold Miniature Pair, C.1870 GTRexclude 2) An Allgemeines Ehrenzeichen (GeneralFrance; Order of the Legion of Honour, Second Empire (1852 1870) (Gold with red, blue, white and green enamels, 14. 2 mm (w) x 22 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension); and Order of Academic Palms, Type III (1866 1855) (Gold with violet enamels, 9. 5 mm (w) x 15 mm (h)). Both orders mounted to a Gold chain with dual strands of wheat links, 21. 5 mm stickpins on either end, weighing 4. 6 grams. Intact enamels, extremely fine.
