Constructed of dark navy blue rayon, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with machine embroidered golden yellow tresses, with a central inscription of MARINEOBERHELFER in Fraktur script of identical construction, unmarked, measuring 33 mm (w) x 455 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
