Their 2021 chardonnay is in pristine condition. The fruit came from their home vineyard and was carefully handled in the winery before full malolactic fermentation in French oak. The result is a deliciously ripe, complex glass of wine. Layers of stone fruit and citrus flavours flood the palate and a touch of vanilla
