We select wines that will benefit from some extended maturation. Bannockburn Shiraz is generally a great candidate for long term bottle ageing. A cooler year has given this wine a lighter, brighter profile than some vintages, and its ageing beautifully. Still showing plenty of pop and energy, with snappy acidity, savoury spice and a gentle, resolved
