Has shoulder pads of course! I'm really loving the idea of someone cropping this and putting some huge fantastic button as a closure on the bottom of it. Or keep it as it is and it's still fantastic! Tag reads 16W. I didn't pin it back on the mannequin and she's about a size 2 4 so you can see that it fits a whole range of sizes depending on how you want to rock it! In
