80's Peasant Top with Scalloped Hem and Cuffs 70s large dress fits mediumA peasant style top in red, blue and black large paisley print. The V neckline is bordered by a perforated black velvet band that gives a flecked floral effect. The hem and cuffs are stitched in black and slightly scalloped. The long sleeves are slightly flared at the wrist. The front is seamed down the center and under the bodice. It measures 16" across the shoulders, the bust is 38" around, the sleeves are 22" and the length is 26". Excellent
