Lace collar is wired and has scalloped edge and pearl and sequin trim. Dress has dropped waist that comes to a point center front and back. Back is decorated with a bow and tiered ruffles. Sleeves come to a point and have 5 functional buttons at wrist. Closes with a center back zipper. Dress has some yellowing in lace but overall good condition! Neck 15 Bust 36 Waist 25 3 4
