50's Brown Velour Cap Hat by Betmar neon pink turtleneck LABEL: Designer Shirts by Sherwin1950's brown velour cap. Styled much like a skull cap, hugging the crown with a small front flare. Each side has a large button with a half belt running between the two. Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon. There are some condition issues. Very faint moth damage across the crown which I have photographed closely. Label is Betmar. Inner circumference is 20 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 12 inches. Don't hesitate
